Your login and password is provided to you from the WISE Administrator. 

If you forgot your password, please enter you Email Address in the login window and select the option to Email Password located at the bottom of the login window. 

• If you have a valid WISE user account you will see a message at the bottom of the login window that the password was sent.

• If you do not have a valid WISE user account a message will appear in the bottom of the login window which states “Invalid email address.”  If this occurs, please first check to make sure you entered your email address correctly, and then contract the WISE administrator at 1-800-876-5624.
